Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed, so you are never charged for the trial.

Cancelling

You can cancel Nook Pro at any time from your account. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only, and your nooks stay browsable, searchable and exportable.

Refunds

We don’t give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or switching between monthly and annual plans. This applies to both the monthly ($8) and annual ($72) plans.

If you were charged in error, for example twice, email us and we will refund the incorrect charge.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits a refund right you have under the law where you live, such as the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take several business days to show them.
